Domestic battery and other counts face a Muncie man police say beat his pregnant girlfriend and threw her down some stairs. 35 year old Kevin Gully is accused of forcing his way into the victim’s apartment and then grabbing her and pushing her as she tried to get away. Police say even after the woman made to her vehicle to drive away, Gully threw rocks at the car and broke its windshield.
