Her mother died while in her care. Now a 69-year-old Anderson woman is willing to accept a plea deal. Katherine Harvey is facing 9 years in the case, which is scheduled for a hearing on September 19th. Under terms of the agreement, Harvey would plead guilty to felony neglect of a dependent resulting in serious bodily injury, while other charges would be dropped.
