She says she fed her drug habit by dealing. 40-year-old Tabitha Angelia Webb has been charged with counts of dealing in cocaine and one of maintaining a common nuisance. The Muncie woman was arrested at her apartment after she was part of a drug deal involving an agent for the Delaware County Sheriff’s Drug Task Force.
