A rural Muncie man accused of sexually assaulting a female acquaintance has been transferred to an out-of-county jail. 21-year-old Benjamin Upchurch is charged with rape, and is facing a nine-year prison term. Upchurch was moved to a different facility because of his previous work as a guard at the Delaware County jail.
