He used to be a Delaware County jail guard,but now that he’s charged with sexually assaulting a woman, 21 year old Benjamin Upchurch of Muncie is being transferred to another lock up. He’s charged with raping a female acquaintance at a home near Ball State back on January 2nd. He’s due in court August 29th.
