25 charges have been leveled against two Muncie men charged with holding three people against their wills and of torturing one. 55 year old Robert Walton, along with 34 year old Benitez McCullum were cuffed following the incident last week in a building on the 3800 block of Broadway. They’re accused of torturing one woman with a nail gun.
