The Indiana Court of Appeals has upheld the convictions of a man for attacking two police officers. 35 year old Bryan Modglin had been convicted in September of last year and handed 81 years behind bars, stemming from a fight outside a tavern that ultimately ended up with Modglin attacking those officers outside a house on East 28th Street. Modglin appealed, maintaining prosecutors failed to prove he tried to kill one officer. The appeals court upheld the sentence in a 3-0 vote.
