The lawyer for a man accused of shooting two Delaware County sheriff’s deputies has tried to convince a judge to set bail for his client. 28 year old Gregory Grider is charged with attempted murder in connection with an exchange of gunfire with officers in a Liberty Township home. He’s been held without bond since mid July. Prosecutors claim Grider is a huge flight risk. The judge in the case has taken the request under advisement.
