Muncie Community Schools will sell the administration building they’re in by mid October. The plan is to sell the building to Ball State for $370 thousand and the board voted unanimously to do that at a meeting this week. Included in the sale is ten acres of land around the building but not the baseball field near Bethel Avenue or the track affiliated with Northside Middle School.
