An 86-year-old Muncie man in a wheelchair shot a female acquaintance in his southeast side home. It happened in the 3100 block of East Muse Street, when the man picked up a handgun when confronting the woman about his debit card and cell phone. The man has been questioned, but not arrested as prosecutors try to decide what charges, if any, will be filed.
