An Alexandria woman has been arrested and charged with operating while intoxicating after the pickup truck she was driving crashed into a convenience store early Wednesday morning. The Herald Bulletin reports that 42-year-old Chastity R. Nelson was pulling her pickup into the Speedway, on North Scatterfield Road, when the brakes went out, causing her to crash through the wall of the store.
