A dog jumped on a 22-year-old Muncie man and what followed, landed him in jail. Police say Ian O’Connell went to a friend’s home and when he walked in, their dog jumped on him and his shorts fell down. A 10 year old in the home laughed at what happened and police say O’Connell hit the boy in the arm several times. He is charged with battery on a child.
