It’s Back to School today, for Alexandria, Elwood and Union. Tomorrow marks the first day of classes for Daleville, New Castle, Blue River, and Shenandoah with Anderson, Muncie & Delaware County, and Randolph Eastern starting the 2016 school year on Wednesday.
