A second man from Detroit has been arrested for allegedly dealing drugs in Muncie. The man was picked up at the Red Carpet Inn on Madison St. after he allegedly sold cocaine to a police informant. Carlos Jackson reportedly had nearly $3,000 on him along with heroin and cocaine. Just Tuesday, Larry Wright from Detroit was arrested for dealing on the southside.
