A woman had to be extracted by Anderson firefighters after the van she was driving flipped near the intersection of Cincinnati and Ohio avenues Thursday morning. The woman was transported by ambulance from the scene on a gurney wearing a neck brace. The Herald Bulletin says the female driver had suffered a broken back in the past and was upside down in the van when first responders arrived on the scene.
