The alleged ringleader of a series of auto break-ins in multiple towns and counties is in jail. He’s 24-year-old Joseph Lambert of Muncie, arrested by Eaton police for stealing loose change, a GPS and other items. He’s in Delaware County jail under a $15,000 bond.
