An Indianapolis man was charged Monday as a felon in possession of a firearm with his convictions including the attempted murder of an inmate in Madison County. 69-year-old James Dunville appealed and was found guilty of a lesser charge. He was released from prison in 2003. Dunville’s latest arrest follows the June 16 report of a stolen pistol purchased at a gun show by a female friend. Dunville is now facing up to 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
