Big Changes Coming For Applewood Center

Big changes along Scatterfield Road: In the coming months, you’ll be seeing major changes at the Applewood Center in Anderson. Hardee’s will return at the site of the former Grindstone Charley’s restaurant and in June, the national clothing and home décor store Citi Trends signed a lease and tool distributor Harbor Freight has signed a 10-year lease for the former Trader Baker’s and Office Max locations. The California-based company is leasing 18,000 square feet in the Applewood Center. Harbor Freight Tools was started as a small family-owned business in 1977.
