The Muncie Animal Shelter Superintendent is combining the Pokemon Go! craze with the needs of the animals under his care. Phil Peckinpaugh is encouraging players to come to the shelter and walk one of their dogs while playing the virtual game. The program was already in place. He just likes the Pokemon angle. Volunteers should bring their own leases if possible.
