A Muncie man is charged with threatening his neighbors with a weapon this week. 28-year-old Steven Wilson shot what looked like a semi-automatic handgun from his front sidewalk, pointed the gun at his neighbors and fired two rounds into the air and they ran with their kids back intio their home. Police determined it was a BB gun and arrested Wilson for felony intimidation and criminal recklessness.
