Ivy Tech’s East Central and Richmond campus’s chancellor has been promoted to senior vice president and chief operating officer for the statewide community college. Ivy Tech announcing Andrew Bowne will take his new job on August 15th. The college says an interim chancellor to fill his shoes is expected to be named in the coming weeks.
