Today is Friday and a reminder about closings for the 4th of July holiday on Monday. Federal and state offices will be closed, Muncie and Anderson city offices will be closed, along with Winchester, New Castle, Portland and Hartford City – all county courts and offices, too. Banks, the BMV and the post office will all have the day off. So if you need it done, today is the day to do it.
