In Muncie, another lawsuit has been filed over the demolition of the former Budget Inn. The owner of the Martin Luther King Jr. Drive property has filed the action against the city because the parties disagreed that the job was complete. The demolition company has not been paid and the city is holding onto the owner’s money.
