The Relay for Life begins tonight, and in Alexandria, teams are raising money for the American Cancer Society at Buelah Park. Teams will walk continuously through the night to raise money, awareness and provide support for cancer victims who may otherwise not have it. The event will include live entertainment, food trucks, a kid zone and a luminaria ceremony. This is the first year Madison County has combined the local events into one Relay.
