Six Winchester residents were arrested on drug charges during a raid on an apartment on North McDonald Drive. Five of them were allegedly using and making meth at the time of the raid. Leann Mangas lives at the apartment and was arrested along with Jeremy Cheyne and Tiffany Nickel of Union City, Amy Gambill of Celina, Teddy Hunt of Parker City, and Erin McCord of Farmland.
