The Anderson Redevelopment Commission has established three priorities through 2017 for the use of Tax Increment Financing dollars. The Herald Bulletin reports that the three areas include the Nichol and Raible Avenue corridor; clean up and development of former industrial brownfield sites, and continued improvements in downtown Anderson. ARC members will develop goals for each of the priorities in the future.
