An Anderson resident was shot Sunday night and police have arrested a Muncie man for attempted murder. The suspect is 20-year-old DeAndre Barnum. He’s in Madison County Jail with a $100,000 bond. The victim was shot in the leg and was treated at a local hospital. Barnum is on probation after a conviction last year for selling drugs and carrying a gun without a license.
