Muncie police arrested a man who is charged with choking his wife after she just bonded him out of jail on Saturday, though she didn’t want to press charges. 32-year-old Josh Antrim is back in Delaware County jail with a $7,500 bond. The officer observed fresh red marks around her throat when they responded to a call.
