Anderson man pleads to torching his house after eviction

An Anderson man has pleaded guilty to starting a fire at his residence after his landlord evicted him. The man is 31-year-old Lee Baker. He and his wife were charged with the fire that was started by lighter fluid last November on West 8th Street. He also pleaded guilty in an unrelated case involving a battery. The couple has since divorced and the former wife, Angel Baker, will go on trial August 2nd.
