A new craft burgers and craft beer restaurant is opening in Muncie. The location will replace the vacant Barn Brasserie, which closed in March. Now the Twin Archer Brew Pub has received approval on a liquor license and owner Scott Limberd told the Star Press he hopes to be ready to open in August.
