More on the Muncie restaurant owner charged with animal cruelty after officials found 16 dead and neglected puppies at his home. Dion Sloss, the owner of Pitts Bar-B-Cue was arrested in Indianapolis and held in the Delaware County Jail facing 16 misdemeanor counts.
