A plot to smuggle illegal drugs into the Randolph County jail has been discovered and seven people are accused of participating. 28-year-old Lauren Hillis charged with bringing drugs in and delivering them to inmate in some cases on lunch trays. Five others allegedly involved are from Winchester: Stephanie Bowmer, David Kelly, Kyla Jo Franklin, Terry Bailey and Darriene Ackman. The last man is Hayne Honeycutt of Union City.
