A new development in the case against Cory Wallace, who is set to stand trial for killing his 5-month-old son and setting a fire to in the baby’s bedroom to hide the cause of death. A judge has ruled the upcoming jury will be allowed to hear that Wallace had been accused of abusing another of his children almost exactly the same way. His trial is June 6th in Delaware Circuit Court 1.
