A Muncie man is accused of battering his pregnant daughter and his estranged wife. 50-year-old Timothy Bennett was reportedly involved in a family fight on North Turner Street with the two women. He’s charged with battery resulting in bodily injury to a pregnant woman and domestic battery. His 27 year old daughter is 13 weeks pregnant.
