In Jay Circuit Court, a Portland man on probation for battery is accused of sexually assaulting a home health-care worker last month. Donald Dingus was charged with sexual battery and criminal confinement. He’s in jail with a $15,000 bond. The 57-year-old had pleaded guilty to battery last August in Jay Superior Court and was placed on probation for one year.
