A block party to “Take Our Neighborhoods Back” is set for Saturday in Muncie on Pershing Drive. The event is intended to combat violence and drugs in local neighborhoods. It’s scheduled from noon to 6 p.m. and will have music, dancers, free food, arts & crafts, vendor booths and kids games, plus a free clothing giveaway.
