A Delaware County judge has ruled that Cory Wallace’s recorded statements to detectives are admissible in his upcoming trial in the death of his 5-month old. The judge says he was properly given his rights before he spoke. But comments he made before that won’t be heard by the jury beginning June 6th. Wallace said he dropped his son on the floor and didn’t get medical attention for him. After he died, Wallace is accused of setting a fire to cover the cause of death.
