The City of Muncie is reportedly under investigation by the FBI, though the agency would not acknowledge it. The Star Press is reporting that the Mayor’s Office has provided information to the FBI, thought Dennis Tyler says he was advised by legal counsel against talking about it. The investigation seems to center around building demolitions and contracts.
