In Anderson, a 19-year-old woman who pleaded guilty to a break-in and robbery of her ex-boyfriend was sentenced to prison on Monday. Shylee Hammock will spend 18 months behind bars after she admitted she conspired with a man to rob her ex. She told the judge she is bipolar, has depression and ADHD and was addicted to heroin. The family hoped she’d get probation but the judge said the case was too serious to not get jail time.
