A 17-year-old teen was arrested yesterday after allegedly using a handgun to rob a local man of his pickup and then leading a state trooper on a chase. The truck theft happened outside a convenience store at Madison and 23rd after midnight Sunday. The trooper caught up to the teen and arrested him using a K9. The teen was treated for dog bites then taken to jail.
