The U.S. attorney’s office filed formal charges against a former standout basketball player at Blue River High School in Henry County and Ball State golfer and basketball player. Kyle Cox is accused of coercion and enticement of a 15-year-old girl. He resigned his job at Park Tudor, a private school in Indy and was arrested in January. He could face 10 years to life and a quarter million dollar fine if convicted.
