A jury convicted Billy Stacy Jr. yesterday for a brutal rape in a Muncie woman’s home. The victim woke up in December 2014 to find Stacy, whom she described as an acquaintance, in her bed. She said he pounced on her, choked her to unconsciousness and DNA showed he raped her. The 41-year-old will be sentenced May 18th.
