A Democratic voter registration official was charged after a headed discussion over a job candidate led to a desk-clearing argument. Ashley Nichols is being charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct. She refused to comment to the Star Press when they talked to her about the case. She has an initial hearing in Muncie City Court on June 20th.
