Another fatal shooting in Muncie: This time in a moving car on Ebright Street on the city’s south side. 21-year-old Vincent Wolfe II was shot in the head and pronounced dead on arrival at the hospital. Another occupant of the car, Rondell Wolfe II was reportedly wounded in the back. Muncie Police Chief Steve Stewart says a suspect was quickly taken into custody but later released, stating that the shooting appeared to be a case of self-defense.
