Muncie police are searching for the killer of westside man. It happened early Sunday morning inside a unit at the Canterbury Apartments where 24-year-old Rafael Rodriguez was killed and two other men were wounded. Muncie Police Chief Steve Stewart says a 28-year-old man was treated by paramedics and released while a 21-year-old is listed in stable condition at IU Health Ball Memorial.
