Planned Parenthood of Indiana and Kentucky is asking a federal court to stop Indiana’s new anti-abortion law, which bans abortions solely because of disability, gender or race. The lawsuit says the law infringes on a woman’s right to an abortion. It also mandates the remains be cremated or buried and the lawsuit says that adds a costly requirement that doesn’t exist for disposing of other medical materials.
