One person was killed Tuesday when a semi-tractor trailer collided with a recycling truck on an overpass carrying U.S. 27 over Ind. 32. The County Coroner says the victim, a man who was not a Randolph County resident, was pronounced dead at the scene. The victim’s name was not released pending notification of family members.
