In another neglect case, 68-year-old Katherine Harvey has been arrested for neglect of her mother, 94-year-old Delores Crowley. She died last week after she was found with bed sores and was covered in fecal matter, with cat feces in every room. Katherine Harvey is in Madison County jail.
