37-year-old Jason Bud Garmon is now serving his prison time for a series of business and bank robberies last year. The man’s attorney says Garmon has serious substance abuse issues. He pleaded guilty to armed robbery of the Dunkirk Citizens State Bank just before Christmas last year, and the armed robbery at Hughes Pic-a-Pack in Hartford City. The man accepted plea deal to serve 22 years in prison.
