A New Castle man is accused of raping a woman twice and choking her. 25-year-old Christopher Baker has been charged with two counts of rape, criminal confinement, and domestic battery in the January 5th incident. Baker was at the victim’s apartment to help her move furniture when the attack took place. Baker is being held in the Henry County Jail without bond.
